Alec and Matt were amazing. They were patient with me and answered all my questions while I was clueless to how all of this worked. I called A LOT of “24 hour bondsmen” companies who all said the earliest they could get my loved one out of custody would be Monday (it was a Saturday). I finally reached Matt who helped explain everything to me and helped me fill everything out online to start the process. Within minutes of filling everything out online with Matt, Alec called me and said that he was on his way and could meet with me within two hours. Alec drove TWO HOURS to get my loved one out of custody at 10pm on a Saturday. After he helped me that night he has stayed in contact to ask me how things are going and even offered to help us find a good lawyer in my area. They have been outstanding and while I hope that I am never put in this position again, I now know who to call! Thank you Alec & Matt!!
