4. SMS Text Messaging Program: Bail City Bail Bonds Customer Support Alerts

Program Description: Bail City Bail Bonds Customer Support Alerts is a text messaging program for existing clients and co-signers of Bail City Bail Bonds, the registered trade name of ASAP Spensieri, Inc. When you opt in, you will receive account-related messages including court date reminders, check-in reminders and confirmations, requests for required documentation, payment reminders on your existing agreement, and customer service updates such as courtroom location or hearing status. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Consent: By providing your mobile number and signing your bail bond agreement or intake form, you consent to receive text messages from Bail City Bail Bonds regarding your bond account. Consent is not a condition of receiving bail bond services.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to any message. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text START at any time or contact our office at (855) 707-2245, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Message Frequency and Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your case activity and court schedule. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Payments and Fees

Bail bond premiums, fees, and payment plan terms are set forth in your signed bail bond agreement. All payments are subject to the terms of that agreement. Premiums paid for bail bond services are earned in full when the bond is posted and are non-refundable except as required by Colorado law or as stated in your agreement.
